Ms. Dinh Thi Chien is a senior legal advisor of MLT Lawyers. She has 20 years teaching at the City University of Law. Ho Chi Minh and is currently a post-graduate at the City University of Law. She regularly teaches classes on the application of the labor law at the enterprise to HR Directors, HR professionals, business managers, trade union officers for many large enterprises and corporations, country. She has many in-depth articles on legal journals and has scientific research topics on labor law, and is also the author of many books and textbooks on labor law.
She also has a lot of experience in the field of labor law consulting and labor dispute resolution. She used to be the Deputy Director of the Legal Consulting Center – Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, regularly advises businesses on labor-related issues such as consulting on the development of labor regulations, collective labor agreement, salary and bonus regulations, labor contracts and consulting, representing business or workers in labor disputes in court.
